Using Leading Line is a popular technique to guide the attention to the subject or a certain direction. Also, sometimes these lines can convey certain meanings and moods as well.
Our human perception has a tendency to follow attention towards linear line. In the example below, the road is leading our attention to the vehicle. We can clearly see that the vehicle is the focus of the photo. thanks to the usage of the leading line.
